Participating routes from verified operators
A clearer journey on participating bus routes
Find a participating route, see the latest bus position, and carry your paid ticket on your phone.
How it works
Step 1: Find the route and approved stop
Search by place, landmark, stop, route, or operator. Each route lists its primary stops and its approved convenience stops in order.
Step 2: See the latest bus position and how fresh it is
A position is labelled Live only when it is under a minute old. Otherwise you see when it was last updated. Arrival is shown as a range, never an exact time.
Step 3: Pay by mobile money and keep the ticket on your phone
Approve the request on your mobile money phone. The ticket appears only after the payment provider confirms it. Show the QR code when you board.
On routes that allow it, you can also request a pickup at an approved convenience stop while a bus is running. The request shows whether the driver has acknowledged it and when it expires.

What you can expect
Verified means the operator's details were reviewed against platform policy. It is not a guarantee of safety or a government endorsement. Verified operator
Traffic and networks are uncertain. When the last position is old, the page says so and removes the arrival range instead of guessing.
A ticket is issued only after the payment provider confirms the payment. Every order has a receipt with a reference you can give to support.
For operators
Run each route with a verified driver, an eligible vehicle, live operational visibility, and a complete ticket record.
Public operators, organized private operators, and independent operators can apply. The category changes onboarding and administration, not the evidence passengers rely on.
