For operators
Apply as an operator
Run each route with a verified driver, an eligible vehicle, live operational visibility, and a complete ticket record.
Three operator types
The type changes onboarding and administration. It does not change what passengers can expect: the same minimum checks apply to everyone.
Public operator
An organization account with a formal fleet, routes, schedules, and delegated administration.
We verify the government entity and its authorized representatives.
Organized private operator
A multi-user organization with fleet, route, driver, and settlement management.
We verify the business, operator authority, vehicles, drivers, insurance, and roadworthiness.
Independent operator
A single-owner organization that may later add staff or vehicles.
The same minimum identity, vehicle, driver, insurance, and roadworthiness controls apply.
How the application works
Step 1: Start the application
Choose your operator type and give the basic details below. They are saved as a draft.
Step 2: Add evidence, people, and vehicles
In the operator portal, upload documents and add drivers, vehicles, stops, and routes.
Step 3: Submit for review
Reviewers check that evidence is present, readable, and consistent. They approve, reject, or request changes with a reason.
Step 4: Publish and operate
Only after approval can you publish routes, assign drivers and vehicles, and start route runs.
Evidence you will need
You do not need everything today. Documents are uploaded later through a protected workflow, never by ordinary chat or email, and are seen only by authorized reviewers. This is the proposed list for the prototype and pilot. Ghanaian legal, transport, insurance, and payment review must confirm the final list.

An application belongs to an account, so the draft can be saved and you can return to it. You become the owner of the operator organization you create.
