Acceptable use and community reporting
Outline of the rules the final policy will set.
Prototype notice, under legal review.
This page states how the prototype handles information today and outlines what the final document will add. It is not legal advice. The final version will be approved by counsel before any public launch in Ghana.
What is not allowed
Users may not:
- Impersonate another person or operator
- Falsify verification evidence
- Manipulate payments or tickets
- Share or resell tickets outside approved rules
- Interfere with scanners or GPS
- Scrape or expose location data
- Submit knowingly false incident reports
- Harass passengers or drivers
- Use the service for unlawful or unsafe activity
Driver incident reporting
Driver incident reporting exists to improve operational awareness. Reports should be factual, brief, relevant to the route, and submitted only when safe. Reports may be limited, corrected, dismissed, or removed when stale, unsupported, abusive, or unsafe.
A report does not replace contact with emergency services.
What the final policy will define
The final policy should define investigation, restriction, suspension, appeal, emergency disclosure, evidence preservation, and operator responsibility. Enforcement actions must align with the terms, privacy notice, operator agreement, employment or contractor arrangements, and applicable law.
